Zotero can transform referencing into an easy and enjoyable process. Zotero can be installed as an extension into your Internet Browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended) and then with a click of a button any book listing or journal article details can be captured. You can also enter the ISBN of books into Zotero. Or you can create your own reference if it is something unsual that you need to reference like an interview or film. Once you have captured the reference details then Zotero also installs into Microsoft Word. This means that it can insert not only the citations in the body of your essay, but also make you an alphabetised bibliography.
