Who are we?
Support Connect aims to enhance the experience, social mobility, prospects and outcome for everyone who experiences challenges with their learning and wellbeing.
We do this by providing one-to-one human support through learning and wellbeing mentors and assistive technology training. We also provide assistance in setting up systems, processes and training for staff to ensure the learners, training providers and employers can maximise the impact of this support.
